Software Engineer
Build the realtime backend that streams live phone calls through an AI voice model: TypeScript, GCP, low latency and LLM orchestration.
Vacancy
As a VoIP Engineer you build and run the telephony infrastructure that brings every call to our AI. You make sure a customer's call is answered, routed and, when needed, warm-transferred to a human, flawlessly.
This is the specialized, rare side of Sainer: OpenSIPS or SIPhon routing, a FreeSWITCH RTP cluster and realtime audio at scale. When you do your job well, nobody notices the technology. They just hear a call that simply works.
You work closely with the engineering team that builds the AI voice pipeline. The seam is the audio hand-off: you deliver audio via FreeSWITCH ESL and WebSocket PCM to the backend that drives Gemini. Compact team, short lines, fast decisions. Your expertise is scarce and visible: without you, there's no call.
You start by looking at yesterday's call quality and use sngrep to track down a jitter spike at one carrier. You tweak the OpenSIPS routing, test a warm-transfer scenario on the FreeSWITCH cluster, and align with the backend team on how barge-in and the AI interrupt become one smooth experience.
Leave your details and attach your CV or a link to your work. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
