As a Software Engineer you build the heart of Sainer: the realtime backend that streams every phone call live through an AI voice model. It runs in production and handles thousands of real conversations every day.
You work in a fast-moving team with lots of autonomy and short lines. You get ownership of systems that genuinely matter: if your code stalls, the caller hears it. That responsibility is exactly what makes it fun.
You'll join a compact engineering team that builds and runs the entire voice system. We move fast, decide without bureaucracy, and care about quality. Everyone has ownership, and what you build is live the same week.
You start with a quick standup and dig into yesterday's latency profile. You fine-tune a piece of the audio pipeline, test it against real calls, and spar with a colleague about a race condition between two pods. By the afternoon you watch your improvement run live in production conversations.
