With SMS, Sainer's AI phone operator can send callers a text message: a confirmation, address or link during the call, a code to check the caller is who they say they are, or a short survey afterwards. It's built into Sainer, so there's nothing to connect.

During the call

The operator texts the caller while the call continues.

Sends a pre-written message, such as a confirmation, address or link
Sends a four-character code the caller reads back to prove who they are
Checks the code straight away and only continues when it matches

After the call

After the call, the caller gets a link to a short survey.

Answers come back into Sainer per question, so you can review them
