Integration
Sainer × Webhook
With the webhook integration, Sainer sends the call data to an endpoint of your choice after every call. That lets you connect the AI phone operator to any system with an API, even when there's no ready-made integration for it (yet).

Webhook in your workflow
After the call
After the call
After every call, Sainer sends the call data to your endpoint.
- Sends via POST, PUT or PATCH to any REST API or webhook URL
- Fills your own JSON template with placeholders for call details and collected fields
- Only fires when all your conditions are met, or after every call if you set none
- Secures every request with an API key header or an HMAC signature
- Retries failed requests automatically and emails you if delivery fails for good
- Keeps an execution history per webhook, so you can trace every delivery
