Calls sync to every matched relation via the Activity Hub.

AI calls push summary, optional transcript, configurable analysis fields, direction and duration to all matched contacts
Imported human-to-human calls (e.g. desk phone) flow through a separate REST channel with its own token
Calls without a match are parked in the Activity Hub for manual contact selection

Getting started

How it works

Connect Sainer to RedCactus
Set the RedCactus credentials on Sainer; each customer authorises via OAuth so the Activity Hub can route their call data.

Configure lookup and sync
Decide which analysis fields to send, whether to include transcript and summary, and what source name appears in RedCactus. Set the lookup timeout.

Optionally enable imported call logging
Want to log calls humans take too? Paste the REST token. Only imported calls flow through this channel, AI calls keep using the Activity Hub.
