How it works

    Connect Sainer to RedCactus

    Set the RedCactus credentials on Sainer; each customer authorises via OAuth so the Activity Hub can route their call data.

    Configure lookup and sync

    Decide which analysis fields to send, whether to include transcript and summary, and what source name appears in RedCactus. Set the lookup timeout.

  3. 3

    Optionally enable imported call logging

    Want to log calls humans take too? Paste the REST token. Only imported calls flow through this channel, AI calls keep using the Activity Hub.
