Every call is written back to AFAS as a structured note.

  • Logs caller intent, AI analysis and (optional) full transcription to your chosen UpdateConnector
  • Includes a deep-link back to the Sainer recording for follow-up

How it works

    Connect your AFAS environment

    Generate an AppConnector token in AFAS and paste it into Sainer along with your environment ID. Sainer validates the credentials and loads your live connectors.

    Map the records that matter

    Pick the connectors Sainer should use for caller lookup, for during-call queries and for writing back call summaries. Live dropdowns from AFAS — no schema to maintain.

    Tune behaviour and go live

    Choose what gets logged, set the minimum call duration and publish. New connectors added in AFAS later show up automatically.
