The caller's number goes to OTYS through RedCactus
Sainer gets back who's calling
If OTYS doesn't respond in time, Sainer simply picks up

After the call

Sainer logs the call in OTYS.

The summary and optionally the transcript go as a note to the right person through the Activity Hub

Getting started

How it works

Connect OTYS to RedCactus
Request a token from OTYS, create a note type for call logging in OTYS and set up the integration in RedCactus.

Connect Sainer to RedCactus
Follow the steps on the RedCactus page. Sainer then uses your OTYS integration to look up callers and log calls.
