Sainer × Microsoft Dynamics 365
Sainer looks up the caller in Microsoft Dynamics 365, through RedCactus' integration. After the call, the summary, and optionally the transcript, goes to the right contact in Dynamics. You need a RedCactus licence for this.
viaVia RedCactus
Sainer doesn't connect to Microsoft Dynamics 365 directly, but through RedCactus. Already connected Microsoft Dynamics 365 to RedCactus? Then Sainer uses that connection. You need a RedCactus licence for this.
How the RedCactus integration worksThe video is in Dutch, with English subtitles.
Before and after the call
Sainer looks the caller up in Dynamics 365 before the call starts.
- The caller's number goes to Dynamics 365 through RedCactus
- Sainer gets back who's calling and from which company
- If Dynamics doesn't respond in time, Sainer simply picks up
Sainer logs the call in Dynamics 365.
- The summary and optionally the transcript go to the right contact through the Activity Hub
- No match? The call stays in the Activity Hub for you to link
