How it works

    Demo: hear it yourself

    Enter your website and mobile number on sainer.nl. Sainer reads your website and calls you, as the receptionist of your business. Ask the questions your customers ask too.

  2. 02

    Set-up: agree and test together

    Together we agree how Sainer answers, what knowledge Sainer uses, when Sainer transfers a call and at what times. Then we test with questions from your daily practice until everything is right.

  3. 03

    Go-live: Sainer answers

    Sainer runs inside your existing phone system, on your own number. You can start small, for example when everyone is on a call or after closing time.

  4. 04

    Improve: better and better

    For every call you see what was discussed and why customers call. That shows where Sainer still has something to learn, and we fine-tune together. Want more? Expand step by step.
