About Sainer

Sainer is an AI receptionist for SMEs. Yes. Sainer is trained on the company's website and additional knowledge sources. This allows Sainer to answer frequently asked questions about opening hours, services, products or procedures, for example.

The caller is warmly transferred to a team member. The team member receives a brief summary of the conversation beforehand, so the caller does not have to explain everything again.

Sainer offers two products that can be used individually or in combination: • Sainer AI — The complete AI receptionist that automates the entire phone process: answering, handling questions, smart transfers, transcription and analysis. Replaces phone menu and voicemail with a natural conversation, day and night. • Sainer Transcriptie — Turns your existing person-to-person phone calls into a written report with summary, action items and analysis of conversation topics and sentiment. Sent directly to your CRM when needed.

It depends on your situation. If you want incoming calls handled fully by AI — including transfers, knowledge questions and after-hours coverage — choose Sainer AI. If you want to transcribe and analyse your existing person-to-person calls without changing your telephony, Sainer Transcriptie is the fit. Both can also be combined.

Privacy and security

Privacy and data security are a high priority at Sainer. When necessary, Sainer validates customer details and verifies consent before sharing sensitive information. Data is stored securely in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Sainer can transcribe and analyse conversations. How this is set up depends on the chosen product and the company's preferences. Transcriptions and summaries are only accessible to authorised users within the Sainer portal.
