How it started
Once upon a time, there was a frustration.

Chatbots that got in the way more than they helped. Phone menus with dozens of options. Overflow services staffed by students. And at the same time, we could see that AI was finally getting good enough to fix all of it.
If it was going to fix things for us, we figured, it might do the same for others. It did. Thousands of demos and many customers and partners later, we're building a platform that solves those frustrations, and a lot more.
